They have decent prices on everything and everyone is very nice and they check you out really fast, highly recommend this store.
They have a large variety of tools and building supplies. Unfortunately, most of the staff are unfamiliar with the location of the items in the store, use their website to publicize aisle and bin.
Look for Curt to help you find what you are looking for otherwise forget it.

In the plumbing aisle . Passed by 5 employees and NO HELP OFFERED. I had to call and speak to a manager BEFORE I was grudgingly helped. We SERIOUSLY need a Home Improvement in Beckley. BOO Lowe's!!
RESTROOMS: Accidents not cleaned up and toilet bowls had a dirty water rings in them. Hand dryers not working, paper towel dispensers empty - rolls of toilet paper set out to dry your hands.
