When you're nearly done with your plate of Humus , Foul or Qudseyeh; ask the waiter for a "Tasleeha" (fix up my plate) they'll give you a bit extra; like a baker's dozen. Jordanian Hospitality galore!
Fantastic and about as local as you can get. For £2 you can get a great plate of hummus , falafel , bread , salad and a tea . Very tasty
All the locals come here and you can see why! Cheap , simple alleyway restaurant that sell falafels , hummus , fries and tea .
A must in Amman. Very tasty food; try multiple dishes. I recommend the hummus with lamp meat and of course the falafel . The atmosphere is very very local and the people are kind.
This is the best ful (fava beans ) I’ve ever had. The ambience is truly authentic and humble, no pretentiousness needed.
My first encounter with Hashim was in Riyadh-KSA, when I was told that the main branch is in Jordan, I put it on my bucket list..today I crossed "having breakfast at the main branch" off :) legendary!
