I had pork , pork ribs , lean beef brisket , cowboy beans, collard greens and cornbread muffin . Everything was great, a definite repeat for BBQ .
Hands down one of the best BBQ spots in Denver. I highly recommend the fatty side of the brisket and the poblano Mac and cheese .
Finally a proper Texas BBQ joint in the mountains . After 4 years searching this texpat is a happy camper. You can taste the hill country in the brisket .
Opens at 11 and closes when the meat is gone. And it goes fast
