Order a beer in the bar (near open fireplace ) and then walk over to the reception area and ask for a ticket for the Wi-Fi. They kindly give you a piece of paper with the info you need.

Fun and funky 5* hotel, with Val Thorens’ only 1* Michelin restaurant, a fun little spa (slope side hot tub!) and a lovely ski-in ski-out terrace. Also, killer house fondue! ???????????? - Wilson Favre-Delerue

Food and service is great, however be careful and check the bill, we have been there twice and each time they made a mistake and we were supposed to pay for things we haven't even ordered. - Nat V
Very accommodating with baby, excellent views, warm clean indoor pool which was relatively large and not too busy. Cafe is very cosy. I only wish there was more lighting in the rooms. - Sophia V
