I love Tower Hill . If you have an opportunity to bring your own lunch do it. The service will be quicker then Twigs, and it'll taste better too.

Single-handedly the best place to visit if you come to central Worcester this place has many hiking trails and is more beautiful than I can describe

Twigs Cafe was great with a good range of fresh food made there by the chef . On a weekday in early september we got a table immediately and the speed of service was fine.
