Very awesome health club / gym ! They have two locations! They also have a very nice staff that is very friendly !
Weight room is really crowded from 5-6am so plan accordingly, benches can be hard to come by.
Friendly staff . Grab kthe key ring thing app and you can check in without bringing you membership card.
I love going for a good work out and getting all sweaty!
Don't sweat the beginning of the year. Members come and members go, but lifers are forever.
When walking on incline, LET GO! You will get 5x the workout!
