Perfect service, helpful guy (Michael?), nice little small double room with cool terrace ! Tasty breakfast . We felt the atmosphere of true Venice. Perfect for 1-7 nights stay.

Don't be put off by the 2* rating, this is a really lovely hotel . It only has 15 lovely rooms and that is what makes it so nice, small and intimate . The guy on reception knows everything about Venice

One more thing: room 31- last floor but seems to be the only one with terrace , having table to sit late Venice nights) and nobody can see you up there)

Very cute hotel . Tiny room but friendly staff . Try the spaghetti carbonara on the restaurant nearby. (Turn right, turn left, you see it)
