Freakin' lazy housekeepers Okura's got here. Your reason for not making the beds, changing the sheets, clearing used towels and etc is because the room "已经很整齐了"?!! Then I don't pay one day's rent can?
nothing Japanese in this so called Japanese hotel room, expect to have at least some paper door, disappointed, just normal design
Not bad breakfast !!! But I am surprise they don't have any Japanese food !!!
Horrible service throughout the hotel but especially in the executive lounge . Suggestion - stay at the Venetian !
