The Gorky Ficelle is just excellent: Danish ham layered with sliced mozzarella , tomato , chopped kalamata olives , pesto and fresh basil on fantastic fresh baked bread .
The de Kooning 's spicy relish is an excellent, tastebud-arousing accent to the roast beef . But in my opinion the real champ is the Pollock : Salty, spicy and sweet (caramelized onions !).
The bread is just so frickin' good; try the Newman add Mozzarella . Delicious.
Had the Davis it was very good, similar to a chicken salad basically. The bread can only be described as awesome.
Pollock Ficelle was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!

Great food truck, with great food. I recommend the Barbacoa Bowl that comes with lettuce, corn, pico de gallo and spicy salsa. Definitely worth a try. - Behrad Eats
