Food, atmosphere and affordable prices ! We had a delicious meal here, it has a great rooftop to escape the craziness of the markets . Lots of vegetarian options and desserts as well .
One of a few places in Marrakesh where Moroccan is done very well in quality of the west. Vegan options , fast service , and avocado + banana + dates juice is heaven not to be missed.
We ate up on the terrace , the views were amazing! The service was very attentive, and the food was delicious, everything washed in filtered water . The best were the courgette & fetta fritters , yum!
Great rooftop terrace overlooking the Medina. A perfect reprieve from the Souks. The assortment of "salads " is a good starter. Come for the views and vibe.
Really good food and nice atmosphere sitting outside. Everything i tried was good especially the lamb burger .
Hidden in the Médina it has a nice terrace/rooftop with an amazing view . Traditional Morrocan cuisine w/a modern twist. Better reserve a table if you plan to go for dinner or you have to sit inside.
Casual outdoor sitting , Nice food. Civilized restaurant . Rooftop with view for the Place Rahba Lakdima and to all the rooftops of Marrakech.
Very delicious food. European prices. Nice rooftop terrace with view on the Place des Epices. Take a seat in the shadow or use a "Nomad" hat which is available on site.
We tried it all -- go for their chicken tagine , calamari in olive-anchovy sauce or lamb burger with a side of roasted green haricots with almonds ! Don't forget to for a seat on their rooftop terrace .
I agree. Date cake ! But it also could be a cake date! We have a lovely evening at Nomad on our first night in The Medina. We had lamb chops , couscous ++, the lamb tagine++ and the burger .
Nice place to eat a different food but expensive and small portions. Mix mezze yummy and chicken breast with vegetables tasty but dry. Green beans with almonds outstanding. Apple/ beetroot cake nice.
A must go in Marrakech. Great food and amazing rooftop . The lamb was amazing. Average around 20€ pp.
Nomad had great service (albeit slow) and I’m not sure what everyone raves about on the views ... I got the cauliflower over couscous with herbs - I would get again and spiced potatoes were 👌
We had an excellent lunch here and the views of the medina are very nice (as are the rooftop misters) - would go back for the Moroccan date cake alone 😴
We had the squid (calamar ) dish which was spectacular, it is a must. The chicken tagine & lamb was also full of flavor and elaborate dish. For starters have the beigne de courgette (zucchini ).
Extraordinary rooftop . Huge views . Very hip crowd - surprising! - far cooler than the other restaurants in town .
This cafe is awesome. The atmosphere is really cool as well as traditional. The staff are truly friendly and nice. Nomad lamb burger is highly recomended.
Delicious and nice ambience. My favourite. Traditional Morocan cuisine with a special touch. Great terrace . Very good srimps, amazing burger , good lamb tajine . Try the dates cake ! Avoid orange cake .
Nomad is a very Beautiful place... Very Good food.... Excellent service . Our Personal Waiter Youness Was always kind and careful. Incredibile terrace on Marrakesh skyline! GREAT!!!
Amazing restaurant ,wonderful food/drinks:courgette ,tagine, calamari; fantastic service and nice views ; more pics & recommendations in our blog travelthelife.com ig @travelthelife fb travelthelifeblog
Glass of wine on this beautiful roof terrace at sunset followed by Nomad's delicious Moroccan lamb burger right in the heart of the spice and carpet souks. Zwina!
On an 8 day visit to marakash, this was the highlight of my trip. The best food you can even try, the friendliest staff (Ask for Zakaria and Mustafa), and the most beautiful view .
Nomad is a popular restaurant with a fantastic rooftop terrace . It’s located by one of the big souks (markets ) and it’s perfect for a sunny lunch and some time to rest your feet.
Fish of the day was soo good!! It comes with some kind of cucumber that was amazing. You HAVE to try the juice with avocado , orange and dates.
One of the best restaurants we visited in Morocco. Definitely go for zucchini fritters and lentils with grilled prawns . Ambiance is nice, staff were very polite and professional.
Four years later, I still think about the argan almond ice cream . Awesome hidden spot on the top of the souk. Go for sundown!
simply incredible! the lamb tagine is to die for, as well as the date cake with salted caramel sauce . the place is also super nice!
Affordable good food, nice modern place, great rooftop terras. We had a great time taking a break from our long walk trough the city .
Marvellous terrace , great service and vegan options . Best food I had in Marrakech
Whatever you do, order the haricots verts with spices and freshly roasted almonds as a side. If you like it spicy , ask for their harrisa.
4 friends decided to open a bar and Nomad was born. You can accuse it of gentrifying the souk. But if I’m gonna pay 100MAD+ a main, I’d rather go here than any tourist trap. Try the Berber ice cream !
If you have only started exploring Morocco, you have to definitely to start from this place. Local tajine is a very smooth and tasty and desserts are must-try.
Make a reservation if you can, this place filled up! Food was excellent but special recommendation for the Moroccan date cake and almond orange cake . Absolutely incredible.
Amazing food, good mix of Moroccan taste with European serving style and very pleasant atmosphere ! Can only recommend! Price/value ratio is extraordinary!
Best restaurant in the old medina of Marrakech. Funky and hip interior, good food and amazing views of the medina skyline at the rooftop terras.
Perfect Place. If you want to sit upstairs on terrace make a reservation in advance. Food deliciouse, service excellent nothing to complain about. Btw: you can pay by card.
Fantastic 360-degree view over Marrakech (go for the top floor terrace ). Pro staff . Food so-so, not up to snuff imho. Get a mint tea and enjoy the view .
A bit pricey , but the food was very good and so was the service. Don't miss out the hibiscus panna cotta , it's delicious!
Views were great, and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Service was a bit stilted, and the food was good, but middling and needed way more seasoning and heart.
Somewhat modern take on Moroccan food . Some of the nicest we ate whilst in Marrakech. Make sure you book . They do a 19:00 and a 21:00 sitting. Desserts were a bit rubbish.
Good atmosphere. Great food, try a tunisian briq lamb and a roast whole organic chicken the sauce is very hot.
A new take on Moroccan standards, very adorable (5 courses between 4 people was $17 each) and very delicious. No alcohol , though
Even though tonight was busy like hell, they served food super fast-means it’s all cooked. Some dishes r overpriced. But holly molly u must try their dates cake with ice cream . Swallowed my spoon
Tasty food, great service and amazing atmosphere! I highly recommend this restaurant 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Not the real deal, but a great stop during shopping and wandering around. The best view , accompanied with weird french german and foreign music .
Vegeterian tagine was nice, lamb burger very nice, nice salad . moroccan with modern more western twist. Great view and spot
Very nice restaurant in the heart of Medina. Great food and friendly service .
Had the calamari for dinner or night and the lamb burger for lunch the next. Delicious!
A soft introduction to Moroccan cuisine. A place for tourists , with prompt and polite service . The chicken tagine is very well flavoured.
Ask for a spot on the roof. It's worth it, even during the colder winter months. And the staff will do everything to keep you warm.
Wonderful place! Had the whole grilled dorade, great food! - Anette Kørschen Brænder
Prefer downstairs. Try avocado chicken in pitta and fresh juice. Salads and sandwiches also good. - Bijan Young
Excellent place to drink and relax, especially as the sun is setting. Recommended. - Thunder Cat
What a bustling place in the evening. Excellent OJ and food stalls. - Peter van Bragt
What a great place to spend a few calming hours amidst the chaos of Medina. Beautifully restored with immaculate precision and attention to detail. The story of the renovation is engrossing. - Darryl Collins
Leather goods at good price! Spices and Argan oil are must to buy! Also find the tea cups/glasses with kettle the best to buy!! - Suneel Ramchandani
