It's a ZOO on weekends. If you don't mind an hour-long line , you can commiserate with your fellow shoppers who are nice. Otherwise, bring supplies to get you thru to Mon & go when it's empty.
Most of the staff are exchanges from other countries , but they were all friendly .

Avoid going on weekend days to miss the crowds.
They have just about everything you expect from a big box chain grocery . Plus, managers yell at the young (all Russian) workers over the loudspeaker at 11 p.m. Classy .
DO NOT GO ON SATURDAY MORNINGS. Go after 12 PM when the crowds die down!
