Lady in hair net isn't overly friendly , however my son threw his soda everywhere. And she had no problem cleaning it up for us. Wouldn't call her crabby.

Beware the crabby lady behind the counter with a hairnet. Very very rude. If I treated my customers that way I'd be fired.
