Always crowded ,right behind Diamond Plaza ,so narrow space,not comfortable when sitting & talk each other.Go up 13th floor Diamond Plaza & take a shot to Notre Dame Cathedral

Good spot to relax, feel the breeze, and people-watch after checking out the tourist spots nearby. Pomelo shake was a hit for me. A friend took a sinful frappe insteaf. Good vibes!
