The location and service is excellent!!! Different types of restaurants nearby. Close to shopping mall . Close to Hop on Hop Off City Tour stop. The room is comfortable and clean . Highly recommended.

Staff on check in were exceedingly friendly and offered complimentary upgrade to premium wifi . Maybe cos I was staying for five nights. Big comfy cosy rooms with sofa settee. No music player BYO .

The check-in service is good and the staff is friendly . The duty manager, Mr Saw has offered to upgrade our wifi to super premium as well as complimentary breakfast . We love our junior suite . :)

If you are planning for city advanture , shopping , crowded lobby , malls , this is the best one , also one of the bedt JW s i stayed in very style and comfortable with special mall in the Hotel .

The rooms aren't amazing, but the staff are delightful and the hotel is amazingly well-located for Pavilion . Pool gets sun throughout the day :-) and the toiletries are yummy!

It may be a 5 star hotel , but it’s old, hence design and furniture is old style too. Overall was a good experience but it is still slightly overrated. Location wise is perfect though

Children under 12 is not allowed at Executive club lounge . If you are looking for family friendly hotel , try Renaissance KL. Awesome club lounge staff though at JW.

Hotel manager, Mr. Ed Munter offered to lead us to the exit when we lost our way in Starhill Gallery . We were not even the hotel 's guest but he's so kind!

First time in the past countless wedding dinner that we had attended that we needed to get takeaway afterwards. Food was served individually for each guest which is great but portion was way too small
