You can print your boarding pass at a kiosk inside the rental car center. Very convenient and saves time.

The car rental return guy was "out to lunch " so a lady with the company came buy and told me and a few other bewildered passengers to just fill out the paperwork and leave it in the car

Make sure to check the flight board before getting on a bus to the terminals. American leaves out of several terminals.

Long bus ride to car pickup. PHX & LAS have similar crappy car rental centers.
