Like everyone else, I was won over by their homemade chendol . None of that florescent green colour, or sharp sweet syrup . Extremely home-style, extremely yummy!
The cendol has a rich pandan flavour, which is the main difference between here and other dessert stalls that use generic green jelly .Though gula is less concentrated, this can fight with ABC's Jin Jin !
While I sampled their other commendable dessert offerings (pictured: bubur terigu - sweet wheat porridge ), I think I'll stick to Chendol to optimize my trip to Kim Keat ????
They sell scoops of ice-cream too! A well-stocked dessert stall
Their 'Cheng Tng' is sweeter than Qing Xiang Ting in the same food centre
I'm not pleased with the rampant use of disposable plastic spoons here
Nice, but Jin Jin 's Cendol is better.
$1.50 for a bowl of chendol . Using disposable bowl and I have to order another ice kacang to cure my thirst. Really small serving. Not worth trying.
Chendol here is awesome! Gotta have it!
Chendol is nice!
Ask for extra gula meleka for your chendol .
