Great zoo ! Not too big. You can get through everything in under 2 hours. Exhibits are small and close to visitors. Lots of shade and benches to relax at.
GREAT zoo for kids!! Educational and experiential. Very well laid out. Alternates btw inside and outside exhibits so you don't overheat even on hot days! Don't miss the otter slide or the splash area!
This zoo is an awesome, affordable family destination close to downtown Waco. We really enjoyed our afternoon with our little baby at the zoo !
Great zoo ! Lots of foliage and trees that help block the hot sun! Also the nice setting and quite during the week!
I do believe this is by far the best zoo I've been to. Really pretty lots of shade and we'll thought out.
Love the giraffes and the otters !!
All of the cool animals, none of the crowds. As another review said, amazing zoo for city this size.
I came during the week and it was like we had the whole zoo to ourselves.
Love this zoo ! So awesome
The biggest draw in town ...really. It's an AMAZING zoo for a town this size.
It's an overall really cool place!
A great place to spend the day.
Great zoo , but its not the St Louis zoo .
Cute small town zoo . Nothing all that special.
It's an awesome place!
Not crowded at all small but fun zoo .
Nice small zoo
Make sure the Tree Top concession is open before you walk all the way up there...very disappointed in that.
Food prices are very reasonable!
A membership will pay for itself in just a couple of trips!
Great during the week
the viewing areas keep the animals close for better viewing .

Very good workout. You think only 88 steps not that big of a deal... well the range in height and hill is pretty steep. Definitely would recommend checking it out. - Kellie Diacon
Great view can see for miles and this is in such a gorgeous park. - Kellie Diacon
It's really fun if you like vintage stuff. I'm 15 but I still found it really interesting and definitely made me crave a Dr.Pepper afterwards. Fun for everyone! - Ciera Otte
Flautas and El presidente plate are soooo good! Chips and salsa are awesome as well! - Karen Martinez
The place is a little pricey, but it was a quaint place to spend an hour and the bakery had an amazing selection of treats! - Jackie Mann
