No laptops in the bar after 5 pm, rule vigorously upheld by staff even when bar is empty - they need more power sockets & phone charging USB's. Very hot in summer.
You could waste your time checking Instagram. Or you could grab a glass of wine and watch a real sunset , overlooking the Thames.
Calm amongst the Sunday chaos of the ground floor. Stew filling and good value for a cold wet Sunday
Was a member until their draconian clampdown on laptops . A great shame, as it was an ideal place for laptop lounging .
Hardly ever a free table in the laptop area, unless you get there early
Well worth the membership, an oasis at busy intervals and splendid views .
No longer able to use laptops at the right hand side of the bar . :( off to Benugu BFI
Lovely place for a date with views ????
Great place for a relaxed drink!
You can now order drinks from a table using phone app !
Buy a bottle of wine & they'll store what you don't drink pre-show for your use in the interval . Excellent.
Well . What's the point to be a member? :/ not worthy much to be honest, just savings on booking fee
Free wi-fi for members during the day
A nice little treat courtesy of Southbank membership. Fabulous views .
The salads that are now available from the member's bar are a little small for the money.
no longer able to use laptops/wifi after 6:30pm
Very rude staff , alas
A good place to meet friends before a day or night out in London. The interior is very spacious and the outside bar is great overlooking the river. - Bob Smith
Great David Shrigley show. Such a fantastic space for a playful, humorous artist. Jeremy Deller not as grabbing but good to see bikes in the exhibition. - Alex C
Great place when the sun is shining and it's Pimms O' Clock! Gets very busy in the summertime so get there early for a good spot - Lizzie P

Newly opened, and tucked away up on the Barbican Highwalk round by the Museum of London. Trendy decor and food, great cocktail list! - London Symphony Orchestra
