Typical bitter coffee . Stuff are friendly . Decaf pour overs take FOREVER. Always have to remind staff to get it.

Never had an issue here, the drive thru is kinda slow but my order has always been correct

Get a card, register it, then get a free refill on your coffee . This is the best starbucks in town to meet friends.

Wow the service here is bad. Really slow to take your order, then they forget to give it to the barista. After seeing 3 other people after me get their drinks I asked where mine was. Sheesh.

Had some pretty bad service from 2 guys working here today, they didn't seem to have the time of day for me and my friend. If you're looking for Starbucks in Nanaimo, I would give this one a miss.

It's been said, but the drive thru is brutally slow. Also, make sure you only use a registered card to pay. This Starbucks is awful for double charging mods or for a splash of soy instead of cream.
