They're new and you can tell. Took 25 minutes to prep a bacon egg and cheese . And they were out of capers , my lox sandwich was not happy. Still great bagels they just need to figure some stuff out.

Gluten-free bagels for $3! Tastes like it’s likely Udi’s; I didn’t mind because the toppings are scrumptious. Obviously, cross-contamination can happen because bread everywhere ~eat at your own risk~

TERRIBLE. 8 people behind the counter and can’t get an order right. Lou (red bomber jacket ) couldn’t be bothered to help me read the list of bagels while I was trying to defog my glasses. Never again.
