i'm not sure whether Yee Hup is the inventor of "hiong bang", but this must be the best and classic one. recommend the economic pack (red plastic) only.
Made a day trip by ETS from KL to Ipoh by KTM's ETS on May16. Went to this shop to buy Tambun Biscuit Original plus others. Brought home only to find the product has expired. Very dishonest. BEWARE!
Must try: 香饼 (charbroil recipe hiong piah, don't buy the ready pack one, buy the one without individual packing one cheaper and fresher)
The Hiong Piah, in the individual foil bags are really convenient is aromatic, last long and fresh
