Good breakfast (I've not tried other times). Very polite and helpful staff . And Salzburg is a beautiful location.

Hotel Bar/Restaurant staff is unhelpful, bordering on rude. Could be the language barrier, but I felt certain things could've been handled with more politely.

Extremely narrow way to the underground parking places. Lack of outdoor parking places indeed. Very Poor breakfast for a charge of 16 euro.

They charge for WiFi , run out of door keys (seriously??!) And the food at the restaurant is the worst ive encountered in my travels. This is a very poorly run place. Stay away.
