The problem is this place has not been renovated since 1960!For God's sake,change the seats & make them more comfortable & a better spacious rest room & put more seats in the waiting saloon!

acoustic and sound quality is great and you can enjoy the quality of performance very much.the problem is the narrow path between seats.

A classy old hall from Pahlavi age. Nothing changed so much from that time. Good sound system and stage for big theaters and concerts .

If you buy a ticket from balcony , it's better for you to go and sit your place early because of the first come first sit rule. I'm speaking from experience.
