Location is great. Just opposite the road from Raffle's Shopping Mall & City Hall MRT station. Also right opposite Chjimes where there are many restaurants , bars and cafes .

Perfect location! Stuff was very nice! Room was clean , had iron and iron desk. I had free wifi in the room but certain rooms do not have it. There is a pool, beauty salon and few restaurants inside.

The modern art decoration of this hotel is one of best and most stunning in Singapore. And the muffin is good!

When your room card-lock battery down, you would wait half-hour in front of your door until the problem be solved. All this time you would bear no conditioning in the passage.

Big NO for this hotel . Loooong queue for checkin and this already at 3 pm and i cant do check in coz the room still not available. I allready full paid for the room before i came.

For KE air crew. Here is no WIFI access in your room. You should bring your own router if you want to enjoy internet in your room. And our crew lounge is room 613 but there is no decal.

VERY loud renovations going on 10th Oct '12 - 10th Dec '12. Would have been nice to have been advised of this when booking . Bring the Asprin with you.

The concierge service is terrible. Phoned from room and not picked up. The checkout line is too long and took more than 45 minutes to get the whole checkout is completed 😖

Decent hotel at a good location with a nice gym . Buffet wasn't that good, very less options and not delicious, very disappointed.

Carlton, seriuosly? No wifi in the rooms (it is 2013), extremely noisy rooms, unfriendly staff , rooms need to be renovated, no towels at the pool!
