It was good stay. Don't expect too much! Best price comparing to other hotel during hajj season. Short distance to prophet's mosque . Elevators are always crowded , breakfast not good, staff are helpful

A total disappointment. The duty manager (Mr. Amr) seriously needs lessons on how to behave and talk respectfully with his customers. Unless you can't afford a better option please avoid this hotel
