Great appetizers . Entrees are usually large enough to be shared by two. The service is the best in town .
Jews of Evansville: they are open on Christmas ! Also their crab rangoon are delicious.
Also the Sesame Beef is unmatched by any Chinese restaurant . Never found anything close to it anywhere else. This is why my partner and I drive all the way from Louisville just to eat here!
Don't go on Sunday. It's buffet day, which is not how to eat at Yen Ching. Instead go on a weekday, order off the menu and enjoy yourself. My favorite dish is Dragon & Phoenix Special.
