Very good food and nice venue, careful service. Trout dish is very nice; sauerkraut is good; highlights are homemade vanilla ice-cream and homemade whipped cream , absolutely fantastic.
Nice atmosphere and solid food for lunch . Sadly this is also the last hotel Anthony Bourdain stayed in.

On avons eu une mouche dans notre bolognese au sanglier ! Le restaurant nous a juste changer le plat sans excuse !!!!
