This was a great hotel in a great part of the city (Polanco). I was scared to go to Mexico for my first time, but i felt safe here. Great lobby and bar , 7 restaurants . Close to shops and restaurants .

The breakfast buffet is excellent. Fresh fruits (and some unexpected ones). The omelette station is awesome. Don't miss the potatoes , chilaquiles , and refrained beans. The pastries are sublime!!!

Great food! Housekeeping though, doesn't care if you tell them you don't want your room clean . They will come back and disturb you 16 times. The big lock doesn't intimidate them either.

Such a beautiful view . Room was very comfortable and food excellent.

Excellent front desk staff , concierge , view (chapultepec side!) and best of all, the buffet breakfast with the most delicious little juices this side of the rio grande.

Great rooms and service. Very well located and a incredible view from the rooms.

Nice building, good views .... But they were not able to fix a daily flooding from the shower to sink/closet area... 3 days in a row I reported this, even with photos and they did nothing.

Some people are more "on top" than others, but the view is always breath-taking... ????

La renovación del hotel era urgente, las habitaciones quedaron muy lindas , la ubicación es inmejorable, caminando llegas a la zona de restaurantes de Polanquito, pero ahí mismo encuentras muy buenos

Las almohadas son un sueño, los precios del room service y el mínibar son elevadisimos,la atención es wow y los del valet están guapos jajaja y lo mejor tiene un un Starbucks enfrenté

El estacionamiento de este hotel te da el servicio si tienes que ir al auditorio Nacional y cobra una tarifa de $95 por 3 horas enseñando tu boleto,lugar seguro y más económico

Es un Hotel en el cual me he sentido muy a gusto cuando me he hospedado ahí,antes era muy seguido ,sobre todo su seguridad me gusta mucho su vista y pasar por los chocolates en Arnoldi ...jajajjaaj.

Las habitaciones quedaron muy bien, creo q lo vuelve a poner en un primer plano en la oferta de cuartos. AyB sin duda una de sus principales fortalezas.

Recientemente fue remodelado, su centro de convenciones es de los mejores en la zona, pero lo mejor son todos y cada uno de sus restaurantes

Ambiente relajado , cómodo. Cierran a la 1 am. Se pone bien los jueves.
