Staff is great, they're all nice. My only complaint is that I don't think their drive through speaker works very well , I'm constantly having to yell and repeat myself.
Open a week and milk steamers stopped working...while running a special that requires steamed milk ...high quality equipment. Wow.
Really want them to do well but there are many training opportunities for staff . From forgetting cars are in the drive thru to not remembering which coffee is which when delivering. Very underwhelmed
Will only order here if going in, as so often(!) the order is not made correctly. By watching I am able to see that the correct drinks are made.
Try the Caramel Marvel (hot, iced, or frozen) .... Yummo!
