Much better than Unawatuna beach . It's quiet & safe for a comfortable swim . You have to walk a bit through the jungle to reach it or you can take a Rick that takes you from another road .

The are 2 beaches there. You'll see both if you swim 100m from any of them. There is a restaurant on 1 (it's smaller and much more people) - to reach it you must go till the end of the road .

There are 2 jungle beaches, the other one they called white jungle beach which is pretty much same for me. It has city view , and ok underwater (fishes and big rocks, no corals and reefs).

The most amazing beach in Sri Lanka . Surrounded by the lush Rumassla mountain . A must visit place. Lovely golden sand here. Near the peace pagoda .

Only around 20m outside Galle, it's a hidden gem of a beach that's fairly empty and through a 15 minute hike through the jungle .

Road to the beach is going through jungle a bit, beach is not that big but so beautiful and charming 😍be careful about monkeys, they can steal some food from you 😁

Small beach with big restaurant and lots of sunbeds and Russians on them. No waves but not suitable for snorcheling because watter is dark.

Don't confuse Unawatuna with JB. No Russians and no bars there, sorry. Beware if con-artists on the way who trick you into fake routs for money. Deserted, it's a completely trashed, thin line of sand.

Nice little hike through the "jungle " from Unawatuna beach to Jungle Beach. A bit stony with sharp coral reefs , not great for swimming .

Нормальный пляж на берегу тихой бухты . Подойдет для родителей с детьми. Мне лично не очень т. к. вид без перспективы на бесконечность океана - загораживает бухта . На Mirissa beach в 20 км намного лучше

Спокойная бухта , практически без волн! Но днем много народу , лучше прийти пораньше утром или к вечеру))

Уютный маленький песчаный пляж в тихой бухте . Правда есть один большой минус: на дне очень много камней, которые не видно из-за мутной воды :( нормально так побились ногами

Понадеялись на то, что это действительно полудикий пляж в джунглях, а получили пляж с кучей пьяных местных и громкой музыкой , зашли в воду , а тут много больших камней что ноги сломать можно!

Пляж малюсенький, лежаки без лежанок ... Одно кафе...стоит заехать посмотреть для галочки! Ничего особенного!

Здесь нечего рекомендовать.

Попали сюда на Тай Понгал, локалы орали и плескались. А пляж оказался разочарованием: вода мутная, куча мусора и острых кораллов . Ехать сюда специально нет смысла.
