The Badi classes are fantastic. Great workout, great music , and an extremely positive supportive environment. I leave feeling so alive and it always improves my mood.
BaDi classes are awesome. Fun dance workout with some strength training moves that will leave you sore on some days and energized every time.
Gets pretty warm if the doors are closed because of other studio room users. Cheap parking in lot a little south east behind the building, up to 2 hrs for $1!
Freeform ecstatic dance on Wednesday nights at 7:45pm and Sunday mornings at 10:45am!
Come for BLUES DANCING on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. Starts at 9 pm, $5 includes blues dancing lesson.
