We are regulars too. Just tried the new pretzel , cheesy beer dip appetizer . Like. About a 6 out of 10. Was expecting the cheesy beer dip to be oven browned layer of cheese like in the pic on the menu

The last tip about the bad burger is likely to have been just a bad experience 1-off thing- we have come here about a 1/2 dozen times & never a bad experience :)

Don't waste your time coming here, it took them 30 minutes to bring our food, and my "burger " is smaller than "sliders " at other places.

Excellent service! My son dropped his steamer from Starbucks on the floor. It created a huge mess and he was hysterical. The staff were so nice and even went got him a new steamer. Impressive! - M
