The signage states .50 miles to the observation deck, but it’s only .27 miles according to my Apple Watch. One of the most stunning waterfalls in WNC.
The falls are beautiful; but, beware of the park ranger with the stick up his ass.
Take the stairs down to an even better v oh ew. Worth it!!
