Clean rooms , maybe a little bit simple in compare with Novotel Hong Kong. Location is just very good. Close to hotel walking road to Petronas Towers , Aquaria .

Very nice place, near to sky bridge that connect to Suria/Petronas Tower and Pavilion Mall , very recommended and love to come back again!

Both restaurants : The Square (international spread) & Qing Zhen Restaurant (chinese-muslim spread) serve a nice variety of quality food. Waiters are very helpful. Top class hospitality . :)

Wifi is slow and gets disconnected, but the operator, IT, and duty manager extended help and checked all the way until it worked well . Staffs were all attentive and prompt. 👍

Free wifi throughout the house. Quite a tired hotel but the service is so warm plus the location is sooo ideal...almost adjacent to Pavillion Shopping Mall

Parking after 6pm on weekdays is RM8, all day on weekends is RM5. 10 minute grace period on non-flat rate periods. Tight, narrow parking structure with 4 floors. Questionably useful parking spot .

The only thing about this hotel I didn't like are the elevators . Sometimes you have to wait for 15 min before you are down. The capacity is not good.

Brkfst buffet spread has a lot to improve. Roti canai keras. Dhal wif no curry or sambal to compliment d taste. Not much food to choose from.

Rooms r usual 4 stars , business club lounge was bad. Nothing to offer , premium rooms not value for money . Very limited breakfast spread . Besides the location nothing else is impressive.

Valet parking RM15. And the parking basement is so sempit!

Check-in process was slow and ther big man who did it for us had 1-star hotel quality. Room smells with paint and hot water took 20 mins to work. Breakfast waiter laughed is borderline rude..

Stayed for 3D 2N.Will stay here again only IF the service are are going to be waaaaay better.

BAD SERVICE! They keep reprogramming the access card and I had to go down to reception to get my card working. Poor customer service. Won't be returning here
