Front porch makes it worth it. Nice staff . Rooms are smaller and it's an old building . You get what you pay for but it's clean , great pool, I'd come back especially at the price.

Wouldn't want to look at the room with a blacklight but it appeared clean and the bed was comfy . I would definitely stay here again. As cheap places go, this is one of the better deals.

Front porch is great. Staff is nice. King size bed needs to come home with me. The price is good and right on boardwalk.

This location really can't be beat. Sure it's outdated but, but our room was clean and seemingly renovated. I would definitely stay here again!

When you come to the beach all you really need is a clean bed an shower . This has both, but not much else. So go outside, that's why you're here!

Exactly what you need and nothing more. Bed, shower , ocean-front, pool. Worth it!

Good place for poor people. If you can afford to spend the money on a better place, I advise that you do so. Wish I had. We def won't be back!!!

Worst place. Don't ever come here. Maid was rude. Place got cleaned three times for the 7 days we were here. Elevator broke three times as well .
