This location makes the best Fresca Medicis! Nice and cold with lots of fresh espresso and only a hint of sweetness.
Looking for beans? Try the Railtown! JJ is one of the few reputable coffee shops in Vancouver that unabashedly sells a great dark roast . Like really dark.

Only outlets are underneath the “bar ” to the right of the espresso machine - nothing in the regular (quieter ) seats.
JJ Bean's cappuccinos are great but those cheese & jalapeño corn muffins , those are amazing!
Very cool coffee shop layout, but has no power outlets . Yup...brand new location, no outlets. Bummer.
