The Roost is consistently one of my favorite food trucks . The chicken is some of the best in the city . The staff is friendly , and remember me each time. I will go out of my way for this place.

Nashville Hot Chicken wasn't really that spicy , but it was tender and had a good kick.

Please visit Clark and Monroe more often. I need a roost fix at least once or twice (or 5 X's) a week.
When they're close by get there quick, you don't want to miss the biscuits and they can run out fast.
