I admit I was hesitant, but this spot exceeded my expectations. Amazing phô , great spring rolls , great prices, and FREE, UNLIMITED marinated spicy beef . Yes, they just kept bringing it. Go here.
Phô is awesome and cheap . The small is usually more than enough and the spring rolls are solid. Free unlimited spicy beef too! Music is super ridiculous though
The best spicy beef in town . I eat noodle bowls at pho places all over town and this by far has the best spicy beef . And not because its free. That's just a bonus!!
The pho gao and pho chay were both excellent. The bun is worth a try too.

Pho broth here is a bit weak on flavor. Decent, but not great. Places over off Federal are better, but if you're on the east side and have a pho craving, this is better than nothing.
