Have a positive attitude this is an awesome store with great associates. Look inward if you're unhappy.

Ask for help from the front door staff , otherwise you will stuck somewhere between the store sections :-)

I love Best Buy for their efficiency, customer service, and recycling and repair services , but their product prices are terribly expensive compared to what you can find online.

Associates don't know their own inventory, know what you want before going in because you may not be fortunate enough to find a good associate.

What with the incessant store beep every 2 minutes? Make me want to scream - not shop. No mice to try out? Why do I come to a store? I'll just stay home in my beepless house and save $10. Sheesh.

Worst best buy ever, i was the only person in line for 15 min to make a simple return only to find out i was in the wrong line , they never changed their signage so ppl can be in the line they want to

Best buy is as a general rule too expensive . A total rip off. Shop online.

It's a crap shoot. One day excellent service and others... not so much.
