Absolutely gorgeous hotel . We were upgraded to a fabulous suite and the service was exceptional. Definitely one of my new favorite hotels . Highly recommended.
Staff has poor communication skills. May be tired from serving large amount of guests, catered to families. More like a regular Marriott than a JW grade hotel . Rooms big and very convenient.
