The Noukou Kotsuteri Ramen is delicious. The heady broth is rich and creamy. Takoyaki and Gyoza are must eats as well . Talk about value for your money. The service is quick and staffs are friendly .

A very easy go-to place to have the best ramen in town . It is the simplest ramen but one of the best that I had so far. Definitely my comfort food . The service was accommodating, food was affordable .

The Tonkatsu Ramen reminds me of Tokyo. A big bowl @ only@P240; add 50 and get a total of 3 pork slices ! The Takoyaki is the best in Cebu by far.

Tried their Tantanmen, Yasaii, Gyoza and Takoyaki . Delish. :) a little Japanese hideaway away from the busy city
