Has one of the best chicken rice , one of the most value for money western food , and one of the cheaper yong tau foo in the canteen. Not forgetting the old favourite bakery store is still around.

Used to be the site of Singapores first department store . Famous for fabric and still has lots of choice. Also great clothes repair at great prices, vintage watches and tonnes of maid agencies.

Queued at Delicious Chicken Rice for almost 30mins! Tender chicken and real nice soup with lotsa cabbage :) Rice abit oily though... But overall definitely worth the wait!
