It is supposed to be one of the major shopping malls in Jeju but the place is quiet most of the time. Lots of clothes and cosmetics shops and a few restaurants .

Prices can get a little expensive but it is alright to haggle a little for something you really want though. The shop that sells albums has got better prices here than in Seoul though, no idea why.
