A good hotel and strategic as its attached with the mall . They have all u need; iron, kettle, haidryer but the toilet door lock always a problem (stayed here many times). But the pool is awesome!

Nice executive suite. Book by booking.com, worth the price paid. Big bathroom n big bathtub. Hotel parking by first come first serve basis. If late need to pay rm6 per entry park .

Booked standard room, the space really annoys me, stay for 2, i must say it is small, the food for bfast ,variety is good, taste good though.overall stay i give 2???????? and 3???????????? for the soul out cafe .

Booked on Agoda, the space in the room isn't not spacious . Booked for two single bed but looks like queen bed because of the space. 2 stars from me. However the staffs are very friendly .

Stay here for 4 nights. On the 12 storey. Nice view . I booked no breakfast . Quiet . Clean room . Not try the pool due to always full.

Only 9 free parking spaces for hotel guests. What a cheapooooo!!!!! You have to pay for parking in the mall ...yuksss

Upper door lock can't fit. Water boiler faulty (not automatic?). If you open the blinds that separate the bedroom and washroom, you can see the silhoutte of the person showering . LOL.

The place is cheap and is in a good location specially if you want to shop & go island hopping.

Cheap hotel .. so please don't expect much. When I came in this time around, they didn't even provide us with toiletries...had to request 4 times before they actually brought it over!

The room is kinda...small to me I guess? Limited parking as well is a no-no.
