I think they have to rethink their lift services . During peak hours you have to wait like more than 10 minutes just to go down because the lift is full. So many rooms but there are 4 small lifts !!

Nice and clean room . Missing hand soap and toothbrush, need to ask for it. No spa in the hotel , a bit far from the city center, taxis quote 15-20 MYR. Wireless is available but not fast.

Best to avoid during festive seasons (namely Hari Raya ). Due to the lack of staffs , most rooms are left unattended and you'll only get a room after 3-4 hours wait.

Their parkings also terrible as it is not guarded and open for public. So be extra cautious when walking to your car in parking bay .

Lovely rooms n view . BUT the service and staff are the absolute worst. Called 6 times in 1.5hrs because room no hair dryer and TV remote no battery (literally no battery inside).

Not easy to locate with Waza. Road signage for direction to hotel and parking is not clear. The room lighting and colors are rather gloomy for my liking.

Leaky faucets means flooded bathroom . Bedsheets are dirty . Sometimes they forgot to replace the towels. Food is alright but few options. Room is too dim even when all lights are on. Nice view .

My bad experienced. Takes 2 hours to deliver bathrobe. Experienced a staff open our room while we are in the room at 7pm and asked if we need a towel. What? We never ask for a towel or extra towel.

The rooms are nice, just the service are terribly bad. The check in counter queue, takes an hour and the lift are quite annoying as I needed to wait half an hour to 1 hour to go up.

The only good about this hotel is just it is attach wt shopping mall . Will not return:- See through toilet , towel and blanket has stains, lift service was terrifying especially when packed wt guests.

This is the worst credible hotel i have ever been! Had to queue for more than an hour just to check in. Then have to queue again for the lift to go to my room.

BAD. No specific parking for guest. Only 3 small lifts to access. Crowded and unpleasant. Everybody will struggle to find the floor buttons, which is on one side of the door. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Parking into Swiss Garden hotel instructions very bad. Room mirror condition very bad. I suggest management look into this issue

For a hotel with so much potential, service is really not up to par. It also takes ages for the lift to arrive.
