I've been to several Cracker Barrel's all over the U.S. The food at this Vicksburg one is superior....absolutely the best we've ever had. Not all Cracker Barrel's are created equal. :)

I don't know what is yalls problem. Our service was beyond great  I got a house salad and it tastes amazing. Everyone said their food was great too.

I like the specials such as the pecan and maple chicken dinner .

Our service was fantastic and open-face roast beef and turkey and dressing were great.

I would not say that service "sucks", I would say that it is very laid back . Come and expect to catch up with friends and family and not spend time on your iPhone and rush out!

Write your order down so the wait staff will hopefully not get it wrong. Friendliness of manager 10 out of 10. Competence of our waitress 0 out of 10. At least the coffee was fresh and hot!

Love the sawmill gravy ! Very relaxed atmosphere !

The food is good but probably the dirtiest Cracker Barrel I have ever been in. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in days.

So all of Vicksburg MS seems to be lacking customer service. Our service here was a solid good for Vicksburg MS. In DFW this would get bad customer service marks.

WARNING TURN BACK NOW. The worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. Food was bad. Cooked wrong. HAIR in the food. Stale cornbread . Our waitress was nice but not enough to make up for everything else.

Dinner was tasty and the service was excellent. Highly recommend eating here.

Chicken and dumplings always good but so is their new chicken salad

I agree the service is deplorable. Had to find the manager after 10 minutes of waiting and see folks seated after us being waited on

Order was taken... Not busy at all... 15 minutes before we got our drinks. People who got here after us had meals before we had anything.
