Due to the limited metered street parking , best time to workout is during the weekdays - the residents of Cow Hollow take their cars to work. On weekends, there's a public parking lot towards Lombard.
Really nice, multi-level location. Good variety of group classes & times. Cool location and interiors too. Only downside is women's lockers are always malfunctioning. Friendly staff though!
The cleanest gym I’ve been to in my life. There’s not a lot of people in this gym during the weekends.
I see Eric Bana here sometimes.
Couple of things! Try the earth bar for smoothies and healthy delicious snacks . Check out the shop for appealing, feeling confident, apparel . Ask for Greg for a complimentary training session!
Their gym instructors here are amazing!!! I requested a program for abs muscles and they gave me one heck of a workout routine!!! Thanks to them, my body is now "summer ready."
Best classes of all equinox gyms in the city . And make sure to check out the smoothies for a post workout snack !
Best Equinox in SF. Youngest crowd (Marina/Cow Hollow postgrad crew mostly). No parking so make sure you live close by or have another option.
Excellent gym . Can't believe I waited so long to rejoin. Life-changer.
Gorgeous studio with good, hard classes
