This is the best place to stay in ferringhi. The garden suite is just lovely, facilities & landscape are just beautiful.. However its always full house. So do ur pre-booking to avoid disappointments.

Beautiful beach . They have a few massage parlor and water sports by the beach . Service is excellent. Room service food is extremely good however I wish they'd do something about their b/fast spread.

One of the best hotels on the strip and one of its oldest too. Refurbished in 2009 by the E&O, it's a great resort to experience life's simple comforts in modern day comforts.

Everything about this place is perfect. The atmosphere, such a english colonial vibe! Will def pin this hotel the next time we come to Penang❤️

The pool & surrounding area were lovely. It was very quiet & sometimes there were only a dozen people around the pool. Rooms were clean & well decorated & the staff were excellent..

Everything is great! Staffs are very honest as I left my iPad after I checked out. Can't imagine if I lost it. Great view rooms are very clean !

Overall, the hotel is awesome..????????❤ The only bad is there are many mosquitoes around!!???????????? So, if u want to walk around the hotel at the evening n night, u better wear long pants lol..????

If you're here with kids, take the courtyard room. There's a little court that opens up to the garden & beach & the pool is just in front of the room. My kids enjoyed their stay to the fullest!

Got this awful room with moldy wall. Don’t ever take room 610. It’s so damp in the room with no balcony , had to turn ac and fan on all day so it didn’t feel like staying in a wet room. :(

Mgt need improvement , check your glasses in restaurant before using, their dishwasher not really good or maybe the staff , Receptions need cash deposit upon check in, makesure you got cash in hand.

Dead bugs in bedding sheet, stained chair, no towels or bathrobes in room, malfunctioned bathtub , no one response to request to fix the issue for the whole night. Stay here if you like all these!

The place is good...comfortbale and right next to the beach ...great hotel to stay !

That's my second visit. And I still love everything at there. Perfect !

Food: ok, service: terrible. Waiters don't seem to communicate with each other, kept asking us to repeat our orders. Service was slow, unattentive staff . Banana splits didn't have bananas . And so on.

The hotel location is at the center of the beach . In general it’s clean & the staff are very friendly but the breakfast was bad.
