Service is slow and seems like many are new so they are learning but the wait is worth it. Ribs were cooked perfect and brisket too be sure to order some sides, I liked the blue cheese salad .
Smallish portions but VERY tasty. Just order a side dish or two and you'll be fine. The bbq brisket with black pepper is awesome.

Try the beer soaked sausages and a pint of Craftworks, one of Moortgat's test brews that changes every few weeks.
