First of all, the reception sucks! The receptionis is not kind at all. I waited 4 hours for my bags to come and I also waited 3 hours for the room I already paid to be ready! There is no such excuse.

The room was clean , good shower . Thin walls, we can hear the neighbors talking. The wifi is very poor. Fancy neighborhood . Good location.

Pretty much every service from Internet to bathrobes is charged extra. For 270GBP a night this is madness.
